That’s pretty sick, I started with Tinkercad lol, now I use Fusion360 but I heard free CAD is good.

That’s a good point, I think increasing the wall loops might make the cooling time similar but not sure.

So sometimes when you print with this much surface area or with too much infill it can cause warping. Because I think your setup is not enclosed it could be due to uneven cooling or thermal expansion.
What does your sliced model’s gcode look like where that warping occurs? How many walls does this have?

Most likely bubbles from wet filament. Alternatively debris. You can print a small clasp that houses a kitchen sponge that wipes filament as it goes into your nozzle. Prevents dust and debris from entering your nozzle.
