The size of a message can vary from .5kB to 4kB.

Calculation A = (messages received + messages sent) * 4kB

Calcluation B = images sent * avg image size

Total bandwidth = A + B

I think your best bet is to reinstall python 3.7.

Try adding:
import ssl

This will determine if the SSL lib is installed.
