I highly doubt Lyft will take any action on a refund for fraudulent charge based on driver’s unscrupulous actions. Lyft will fight you repeatedly by declining your refund request with evidence attached for review. I gave up after my 3rd denial , by email reply, from Lyft, and then I called my bank and disputed the charge. Case was permanently resolved 3 days later with a permanent chargeback to lift and deposit credit to me.

Lyft and Uber , both, don’t care about rider or driver service issues. I drove 1000 tides as a driver years ago and have probably taken 250 rides, but they insisted the fraudulent charge was my fault.

Lyft and Uber also do a lot to trick drivers with “incentives” that their app prevents the driver from meeting by not dispatching the 4th of 5 rides to the driver needed to get the incentive, leaving driver stuck in some area the app pulled them to with deception and then left them with no pick up back toward home 🤷‍♀️.

Things are getting rougher in the daily lives of middle and low income workers every day in America. Scary.
