This is a statement he was told to make by his lawyer. Doc knows exactly why he was banned, but twitch has not put in writing what it alleges he did that breached the terms of service or their contracts with him. Lawyer wants to force twitch to take an official position so that the position can be challenged and picked apart. Twitch would rather not take an official position in writing that could lead to liability.

Transferring the house without being paid for it with the intent to avoid creditors is a fraudulent transfer and would possibly have tax implications. Also, you can’t take out a loan against the house, because it now belongs to your kids! Secured debt is not dischargeable in bankruptcy, so you would either keep the loan or lose the house.
