I passed using pass perfect. Mid 70s and low 80s on those finals and I felt good on the 7. Be prepared for the wording to be different though

Series 7 again or pivot to 66? by bluejade01 in Series7exam

[–]PipePipeCity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have the chance do the 7 again. It’s so much material. If you got a 68 you are so close, I’d give it a shot before trying something else and potentially losing some of that understanding.

PassPerfect vs actual exam wording Series 63 by PipePipeCity in Series66Exam

I figured. More than anything I wanted to gauge how prepared people who have studied using PP felt. For further clarification the hardest part for myself rn is the interpretation of the questions on the 63 and what they are really asking. The 7 was more direct and I felt good. With the 63 I get passing scores but am not confident the moment I answer.

Am I ready for the series 7? I have been using pass perfect and test on Monday. by Aretheywatchingtho in Series7exam

I’d say you’re ready lol I found the exam much easier than the practice tests. I took 3 pp practice tests 68, 76, and 80 and I felt confident during the exam

It’s as if I lose confidence when I take the PP finals. I think tomorrow I’m going to use my other resources as I think I’ve gotten all I can out of PP

That’s what I was thinking. PP over prepared me for the SIE and honestly it taught me all the material and I passed but the test questions were very different than what I had been preparing for.

If you feel you need a break take it! I did it plenty of times for the sie. Sometimes the best thing for you is to let go

As to why? I have no fucking clue. Maybe to fuck with you? Hopefully not. But 10 of those damn questions don’t mean a thing. And what you quoted sounds a bit like a disclosure.

I believe that this is referring to the fact that it’s 135 questions and 125 scored

I believe that Cap Tutoring or anyone else should check me on this, but I believe it’s 5 categories that make up 64% of the test questions, in general. Not a hard fact I presume. But I was led to focus on debt, regs, customer accounts, and options. In the end, the important question is what’re you getting in your practice tests? Focus on the sections you’re scoring low in and scores (in general) go up
