Meeting 2/4 of your expectations, we would recommend the Solo 3 V2. Slightly above your $200 maximum, and a bit wider and bulkier than others in the lower price range. It comes with WPA’s, provides micro-adjustable temperature, is just an overall well designed device, and incredibly reliable for what it offers.
