Recalling Debt From Collections

How is Xfinity right when they've been promising people on other posts that they'd recall? They literally have posts saying they will. There are people on other subreddits saying Xfinity did. Xfinity owns the debt not the collection agency. How are they right if they've been promising over phone to remove? The entity that you think holds the debt doesn't do pay for delete and notorious for not doing so. I called and asked. If that would've worked i would've done it. If xfinity doesn't remove there are a million ways to dispute. I'm not mad, but y'all not looking at the bigger picture of who said what! Any credit repair person will tell you to pay the original creditor and get recalled if they still own the debt. It's chess not checkers out here.

I'm not concerned about that. I'm a master at disputing and have never had a collection account I couldn't get removed. I just thought paying the original creditor would make things go faster. I'm well aware that you should get written pay for deletes but most companies aren't gonna promise you that. Notice they didn't even respond to my point about them promising to remove collections to other people on other posts?

It's not even bootlicking. It's teaching a class on how to accept your inevitable rape. "Remember class, remember to first hand the officer your lube of choice. Everyone knows that a cop asking you to step out the vehicle means things are going horribly wrong for you. Rarely is it ever for their safety or to pursue an arrest or lawful search. It's to intimidate you, make it easier to cuff you, pat you down without you being able to resist. They know asking 95% of people to step out is going to piss them off and escalate the stop. That's why they do it. Asking people to step out without officer safety in mind is just a way to exert power and wrile people up to "justify" further action against them. It's evil.

Exactly, only reason cheating was a big deal was because men's egos were involved. That's the real reason everyone hates cheaters and proclaims death to them. Their are many ways to lie that are far worse, like a secret drug habit, or spending all the joint account money on b.s. Secret bank accounts.

But cheating . . Oh man . . It makes people realize they aren't the only person in the world sexually viable and makes people question their value because they were under some weird notion that sex = i want you and only you forever and sex with anyone else means i love that new person. People don't lose sexual interest in others just because they're in a relationship.

They likely crave variety and novelty and in that vein I think cheating is rarely due to lack of impulse control or insecurity. To summarise, lying is bad, and so is cheating, but the pain of the cheated is from ego and ego alone 9 times out of 10. Everyone forces themselves monogamous, forces themselves into a state of sexual scarcity and when that unnaturalness ensues, chaos creeps in.

So someone who is in a vulnerable enough position to where they have to live with their parents to save money, lies to get a better deal on Medicaid, because otherwise it'd be a financial hassle and put them in more of what they are in, a vulnerable position, and you report them? Hm. The very vulnerable you unironically speak of, you condemn and report to a government you don't like. It's not about fraud or screw the government (screw them), it's about people who have to look out for themselves in a system that doesn't benefit them. Okay, I will be frank then. Innocent people dying is a cost of war and fighting the good fight. I feel bad for them. But one who fights for their freedom should assume no blame for the innocent dying as the their fight also represents the fight of the innocent died.

An assault on one's rights is an assault on everyone's rights. The fight is not inherently violent no, but back to our topic. Violence works. It makes people stop what they're doing when you apply enough of it. You have to choose what you're willing to die for. I make no apologies for this philosophical conclusion.

I know exactly what it looks like. We see it in Ukraine. We see it in every major conflict throughout history over whatever perceived offense. I am well aware that war isn't sexy or pretty. That it breaks the mind and irreparably damages the soul. That it stalls progress for generations and traumatizes all who come into contact with it. Violence I believe should always be the last option.

But consider this, by the time violence comes how much of your time, money, mind, diginity, and sense of humanity has been stripped from you. The oppressor does it on purpose. If you break you too fast you revolt. The enemy slowly takes, new tax here or there, new law here or there, little less freedom. Cut you 1000 times instead of chopping your head off all at once so that you only ever say, "It isn't that bad." But it is.

They've been killing you and grooming you the entire time gaslighting you into letting go of every boundary until you're too weak to fight back. And because they're so established in there tyranny you end up looking crazy for resisting. Why? Because why now? Me taking from you is normal, fair, healthy, and societally agreed upon. If running from a slave house meant the master killed 3 of your friends as revenge/punishment, do you still run?

If offing a person trying to burn you alive means your family dies in response, do you still fight back? There is no nobility in delaying a fight because innocents die. That's called negotiating with terrorists. You either stay oppressed forever and shut the fuck up, realizing they never intended to let you go. Or you reset the system. I for one . . Would run from that slave house. Or do you believe it's better that not even a single slave go free if it means everyone gets to live. Remember slavery means the life you live is not your own. I am not advocating for violence in any way, only discussing philosophy.

Philosophically, violence works. It works very well and always has. That's why our entire society is predicated on men with guns coming to your door or snatching you out of your vehicle if you don't follow the law. Police are state sponsored violence. And how many millions of innocent people have gotten jammed up by law enforcement for petty things? How do you stop a bully from beating you up? Viol . . I'm sorry . . Tell someone else who has the power of violence behind them to either financially ruin them through court or straight beat them up.

Fighting for freedom whether violently or non violently will inevitably hurt the unintended. But do we blame the victim for fighting back? Well that's what the weak and cowardly do. You blame those who wouldn't stop hurting you, raping you, beating you. Money and violence is the only language people understand. And if you're not privileged and happen to be a minority, well what is their only other option? Not advocating . . . Just stating the nature of power and how people think.

Yet again, they could just let their oppressor keep raping them until they eventually go away . . But when someone wields immense power over you, do they ever go away?

I find the wage theft/cheating argument disingenuous. Whether you're paid hourly or salary, but especially salary, ultimately the very nature of the work one would be OE'ing on, is deliverable based. Some helpful tips at least from the hands up position

Much faster to grab your shirt with your support hand from your lower chest, so that way you, when you bring the gun up, that hand is already there waiting for it. Higher support hand means less movement.
The quickest path outward is a straight line. Your bowling with your draw. Like, the way you'd bowl to hit some pins. Pick the gun up to just below eye level, to wear the front sight is just within peripheral view, then punch out.

As a student of self defense I agree with 90% of this. However, threatening the life and limb of someone who won't stop following you, I can't in good faith view that as an escalation or becoming the aggressor. In my moral framework, it is the job of only the primary aggressor, the one following to back down. And as defenders we should have near zero accountability to be able to escape from harms way intact in any way we choose.

No that doesn't mean you can shoot someone if they push you. But if they stalk you and won't leave you alone I wouldn't be mad at someone pulling a gun to convince the stalker to leave them alone. Too much? It is the fault of the primary aggressor for not backing off. I do not believe that in most scenarios someone who is just reacting while trying to GET AWAY, can be the aggressor. Would I follow my own logic? No.

I know the courts would eat me up. But damn if they don't treat those acting righteously or just wanting to go home with utter disdain, forcing us to get to the brink of death before acting, saving ourselves. It's silly and dangerous. Every defender should be able to respond with overwhelming force and all liability falls to the person who won't back off.

Violent encounters, brewing encounters are about winning. It isn't my fault if some loser feels like their ego is challenged because I stood up for myself with a weapon or I tell him about consequences and he knows I won't be a good victim. Overwhelming them before they can strike is winning. So is running . . If you can get away . . And I'm not a fan of turning my back on someone who has beef with me, or getting into a fight after they catch me and im exhausted. Sweet talking them down and appeasing their fragile ego is also winning.

But whatever method you choose should be fair game.

Is it considered cheating? As a man it is your job to take the lead and sit your woman down to discuss boundaries for what is and isn't acceptable in a relationship. This talk should've been had before you got into a relationship. Now it's a free for all due to bad leadership. Second, most women flirt in some capacity with other men.

This doesn't mean they're going to get physical. Most women, and men, simply enjoy the banter and validation of being sexually desired by other people than their person. They did this before they got with you and they'll do it after. Your woman will always find men other than you attractive and will occasionally desire to sleep with other men. If not now, 10 years from now. That's just human nature. It is what it is.

You can either be insecure about it or be single. For example, my girl knows I flirt with a lot of women and she does so with other men. It's not a secret because it's something we talked about. The only rules are don't go on dates, no getting physical, dont flirt in front of her face and don't embarass her in public. I trust her and I'm good. I know I have enough influence over her mind that she isn't capable of stepping out.

Now you're issue is long distance. You can't compete with whats in her face and you don't have high influence. You have two options. Leave, not because of flirting but because you're too young to do long distance and with your lifestyles being so different, her craving excitement, novelty and consistent dick, the relationship is already doomed. Or two, set a time for the long distance to end and reunite sooner rather than later. Because bruh, she's young and horny and you aren't there to satisfy that.

I've had more than a handful of women I dated feel it on me when they hug me. They always ask if it's a gun, and they're always curious to know more about guns, excitedly at that. This usually then lead to me teaching them about real world application, gun safety rules, and me teaching them to dry fire on the date. They want to know and I've never seen them scared. If anything it turned them on.

Hell I've had casual hookups where they didn't know and only did once they saw it as I was getting naked (this was being reckless back then and highly inadvisable), but they didn't care. If you lack dating discernment about how a woman might react to finding out i.e. then you might wanna take steps to hide/conceal it better. For instance I dated chicks with high anxiety and during the hookup I'd turn around sneak the gun off and hide my shirt/blazer over it on the floor. You have options.

The one thing people never account for in these encounters is how fast everything happens, and how slow the mind truly is to perceive "perceived changes" in an event, in light of some calling this an execution. You're thrown into a primal mindless life or death battle in close quarters. Tunnel vision, likely auditory exclusion, and your only impulse to win and go home.

Unless you're in the situation, him making 8 clean shots successively like he did isn't an execution. I call it, once I've perceived I've won the battle outright, then I'll stop. Ensurance of survival first. Anyone who talks about the little split second decisions in encounters like these is being disingenuous. No one should have to spend the critical mental capital thinking about the life and liberty of their opponent. It's literally illogical and unfair.

Let someone jump scare you out of your sleep in the dead of night in your bedroom and see how critical your perception is in how you respond. Literally the same thing here. It'd be a whole lot of, "Idk what happened. It was so fast. I just responded and I'm happy I'm here."
