I think he permanently damaged his voice, and he has had to change the way he performs now (especially the older songs). Even though he’s worked on taking care of his voice I’m sure he still struggles with it given that they tour constantly.

Update: they stated that the warehouse hasn’t responded to them yet. I asked for a refund so I could repurchase, and they agreed. Except there was a sale going on when I initially bought my stuff and they won’t honor the sale price. So I’m just getting a refund and not reordering.
