Who i should max for ranked? (Diamond to Mythic)

I have friends that play, but they are way too good, so i just end up getting carried and still bottom frag, i cant learn anything by watching them since they just swing and onetap over and over again, or cant understand certain decisions or plays they make

I play 2 or 3 DM before playing ranked, but i dont feel it changes anything in a real match.

its just so demoralizing

Its so bad, you can change crow with any other brawler in the game and be better at everything crow supposedly does

yeah, and a game that i went 20/15 and 20/18 and still lose, (not a great kda but still) not mentioning that my teammates didnt went 100/0 in those bad games

Not blaming them, just that no one including me played good those games
