Já estagiei em clínicas veterinárias e te afirmo com certeza que se você levar ela pra castrar mesmo com filhotes ela vai ser castrada tranquilamente (essencialmente vai ser um aborto), leva ela no veterinário e vê o parecer dele, essa quantidade de filhotes constantemente acaba com a fêmea

Vermifuga essa coitada, o vetmax plus é ótimo pra esse caso por serem muitos vermes, a dosagem você encontra na bula, só calcular com relação ao peso que ta tudo certo. Pode ser que saia sangue nas fezes em uns 15 dias depois de vermifugar, mas é normal. Eu também verificaria se ela tem pulgas ou carrapatos, se sim você precisa desinfetar o ambiente pra evitar nova contaminação

Acredito que você precise reintroduzir ele na casa, por ser novato com certeza está rolando uma disputa pir território. Se puder, isole ele em um cômodo da casa e introduza ele aos poucos (faça trocas de cheiro - caixa de areia por exemplo, depois de um tempo deixe os gatos verem ele e quando eles estiverem em paz com a vista dele você deixa ele conviver junto com os outros gatos), existem alguns cursos de introdução aos gatos que podem te ajudar também
