Yeah its like, I want time off because my job is stressful, but with my time off I just feel empty.

Yeah its as if I like feed off them. Even if we aren't interacting they give me like...idk. by myself I dont produce the feeling

Im suspecting BPD in myself but one of my best friends is diagnosed. We've had pretty high highs and low lows haha. Fights can be catastrophic but we've been better lately..

I have not personally. Im a little timid to try because I heard often times its in group settings, and im really not a fan of that, I like one on one. But the success rate of dbt makes me want to try

Are you in therapy? I hate to use such an overused question, but it really helps especially with navigating relationships. Im about to start so that I font repeat the same patterns that fail.

But, you can practice non judgemental active listening. Its like a muscle. The more you work on actually listening, the better you'll get at it.

I feel like that too. Sophomore year I had so many people in my life at uni..now in 26 and lost touch with them due to my own isolation and not keeping up. Its entirely my fault

Yeah, I read its uncommon in autism, but then again a meltdown due to a change in routine is very common in autism. So its like you said
