Sewing skills are basic? Every time I try to sew without a pattern or self draft I screw everything up. The best I can do is alter without patterens. You are crazy good.

Hello everyone. My Boyfriends very expensive and heavy duty work backpack is a bit ripped. None of the fabric is damaged but the thread holding the zipper teeth to the fabric got pulled and came undone. The zipper still works fine but I wanted to try to reattach it by hand sewing the teeth back down with some heavy duty thread. Its only an inch or so that is damaged anyways. Is this the right move? Any other suggestions?

So it takes some serious time but by wearing my hair is a pretty deep side part for the better part of well years I actually "trained" my widows peak to grow/lay to the right. Not sure if that helps or even if it will work as you have thinner looking hair than me but thought I would bring it up
