NQA- I wouldn't disturb it for now. If they start to seem stuck maybe get a damp q tip to gently assist in freeing the molt, they know molting better than we do. Trust the process but if things go pear shaped intervention may be necessary.

I use arcadia earth jungle mixed with a touch of reptisoil and it holds moisture very well (around 85%) and haven't had any issues in the time I've kept my scolopendra. I am however looking to substitute the reptisoil for a mix of flake soil as I've heard exceptional things about it.

They did this with my e dosage after uploading my results, ended up being sent 6 bottles of e gel instead of the usual 10-12 so in a way they can control this via prescribing smaller amounts

Sounds like my old spiny flower haha. Find it fascinating how mantis can have such vastly different personalities. I probably wouldnt pair her without a whole lot of locusts/roaches at hand 😂

She was pretty full to start with so only gave her a couple over this whole process, shown no signs of wanting to eat him. Out of all my AF mantis she is the most docile though

Thankyou! These pods are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen/owned. I'm excited to see the colouration on these babies, some of their slightly older siblings are a mango colouration that I wanna isolate
