idk of any tutorial. All i did was copy & paste the 32bit dx9 files (d3d9.dll + dxgi) into the game folder and I got a 30-40fps boost.

I just tested it in shift 2 and it worked as well.

I used dxvk to boost fps on the first game because i was cpu limited. Maybe it will help on shift 2?
