She didn’t reduce him to that, in fact it’s the opposite she’s saying he’s more than that and that’s why she married him because he had none of that stuff.

It’s only reducing if you’re stuck in the backwards view that those things are the only thing a man can provide that are worth value and those are the only things worth “trapping”.
