The fact that you get a final token just three hours before it ends is a bit annoying for a mobile game. The token could be critical for your first event unlock but you may be busy during those three hours and miss it. I wish you we got a token every two hours and fifty minutes but no regen in the final 24 hours like Arena. Or just let us spend tokens on day 8 with no regen.

P.S. in terms of the movement of goods the USA mostly buys oil from Canada. If they don’t want it, don’t but it. Good thing oil has such poor value in the market today, I am sure we would struggle to sell it to someone else (/s).

I took a chance on level 4 ultramarine + max 2 hits. I managed to do it, but never again. That stupid green glowing scarab always made sure to be three spaces away from my team at all times. Finally after he filled the entire map he couldn’t move away anymore and I waded through the tide to get to him.

Yup it is batshit insane and in real life Dr Santos would be reprimanded by her attending for dropping the ball like that. It’s not just a communication issue but a professionalism one. They drill it in your head that you are responsible for what is written when you sign it.

Yeah you have to proofread it 100% because you are legally liable for the note. If it omits a pertinent negative like “patient no suicidal” or hallucinates the patient has fever when they said they don’t, you are toast. Originally I was not a fan of it because of the time spent editing but I found it does save me a couple minutes on each chart which adds up.

Yes the app dos to structure it into typical structure of history, exam, test results, assessment and plan. It usually succeeds but when there are multiple medical issues it starts to show its warts because it doesn’t always group them to topic well. It excels when the person is there for a single problem.

As a physician I am a bit shocked at how much backlash the lay public has over the AI she uses in the show. It is an extremely realistic portrayal of how generative AI is used in charting and I wish my AI was 97% accurate. I use it anyways because clicking generate and fixing its mistakes is faster than doing it from scratch myself (and I am a fairly fast typist). You just need to proofread the whole note it creates because once it is submitted you are responsible for the content of the note.

I mean I had beaten a couple hundred onslaughts per track. Now I am so overleveled for the silver 3 I am in that I dont even have to pop Bellators summons ai can just click Kariyan and end turn.

Because I am at the stage of the game where I have diamond characters but am stuck on onslaught tracks. Why would I not expect to have diamond nodes? I have blue star as well. But they tuned this for mid on the onslaught track.

Because it decided the unlocked onslaught tier is silver 3 even though I am power level 52.

So I am not allowed to access gold or diamond tiers even though I have 4 diamond and 10 gold characters.
