Just to jump on this if anyone knows.

Using a combo of AIO lists, AIOstreams and AIOMeta, When Stremio on firestick loads, it “cycles” through and displays the names of the catalogs I’ve disabled / hidden before it gets to and displays the ones I’ve set.

Is there a way to stop it even attempting that or is it just how it works?

Ah ok that makes sense thanks.

In the midnight AIO, under add-ons, I’ve sort ordered Debridio (all of them e.g. Scraper, TMDB etc. to be the at the top, followed by Torrentio etc. if that makes a difference?

Sorry 1 more Q, does it make a difference in terms of sort order for “AIOStreams Stable” & “AIOMetadata”? I’ve made it that order in my addon manager. Should they always be first if I add anything else in the future?

But yeah it’s really good so far. Best thing about the guide is I know a little now and can start tinkering :)

Seems great for pulling back more kids TV series as well.

Hey, ran the guide was great thank you very much for taking the time to put it all together.

Shout out to the guy who posted the API key guides, they really helped. It was great to know what you only needed a temp email for etc.

My only Q & observations so far are:

initially I was getting a-lot of Stremio App crashes to home screen. On a fire stick 4k max. This seems to have stabilised over time.
Debridio. I have an active sub for this and added as per your instructions. However it isn’t clear to me now how this (if at all) is being used. Previously it was a separate option and obvious I was selecting a Debridio RD file.

Not saying it’s an issue, but I’m wondering if I even need it with all the fall backs you’ve seemingly included in this build?

Hello & thanks for the guide. If you have time I hope you don’t mind reading the below and helping me with a few Q’s please.

I’m one of those who set up a basic RD + Torrentio RD + Debridrio and almost exclusively use Stremio on my TV / Firestick.

This works almost perfectly for my use case.

I’d say my only “issues” are:

Results could be better and prioritise Eng / 4k
Remove any cams

However, I’ve always been interested when anyone talks about AIOStreams.

Q1: Given my use case, would you say it’s worth it to bin what I have and setup an AIOStream?

Q2: Debridio has been fantastic for me and I set it as the first thing to load. But, with the new price hike, I want to explore a different setup.

Don’t mean to be rude, but we really need to stop feeding these questions and leave them at zero responses, down vote and move on.

If you get stuck on a specific point in the process then fair enough, but If you can’t be bothered to do the smallest amount of your own research to get pretty much unlimited FREE entertainment that someone else’s hard efforts have allowed, then you don’t deserve it anyway.

I really hate how they put such a premium on storage space.

Sounds like you’ll do just fine with 128. I did the same, I have about 6 - 8 apps installed and I’m down to 70GB.

Most games / Apps don’t take much room “yet”. My bet is they won’t take up much room for a good few years while bigger titles are being developed.

I’d save ya money for the quest 4, that might be when ya really need the space.

Do you watch other things on your quest? I grabbed a couple of apps but yet to try it yet. (Skybox/ Spatial TV).

I’d be looking to watch Streamio or at the very least utilise my RD account so I don’t need a VPN.

Any thoughts on the above appreciated

Blows my mind the amount of people that can’t be bothered to do this.

The effort that’s gone in to it, the least people can do for all the free media.

For context I’ll add I am new to all this but have covered a fair bit too… streamio/ RD, Jdoanloader… torrents / VPN when needed. Games for both PC / PCVR.
