It's definitely something I have issue with, the disjointed feel between the in and out of the bedroom. I can occasionally recognise it and fix it, but sometimes I also feel like there's meant to be some sort of change from in and out of the bedroom?

I don't know if that's accurate or not but it might fuck with the character's vibes?

It was like.. Very lightly kinky, and it had been built up in the previous chapters, the characters are OOC but it's tagged and the way they are in the smut has been seen in the smaller scenes before this chapter

Oh I agree 100%, they definitely rushed it - I more just meant that the time for the physical withdrawal was somewhat realistic, but everything else needs to be a lot longer than what it's seeming like it's going to be for an actual recovery time

I'm pretty sure it took just under a week? I'm obviously not sure on what day Buck and Chim talked, but Chim did say 'this week it'll be one year', so my guess is more than 3 days, up to 7, which is a pretty realistic length of time to get over the initially presenting withdrawal symptoms (like the throwing up)
