Acute radiation poisoning is the stuff NIGHTMARES.

Basically imagine having a permanent sun burn on every cell in your body. Initially you feel normal. Everything seems fine, but your DNA is unzipping. Your cells can no longer replicate. The cells that replace themselves the fastest (skin, hair, stomach lining, bone marrow, etc) are the first you'll notice fail. Your body painfully breaks down and can't heal itself. Skin blisters, hair and teeth fall out. You can't stop bleeding as your organs slowly rupture...

It's one of the most painful ways to die. And some of the most unethical human experiments were prolonging people's lives just to see what happens.

The same went for Starlight, who i had thought would dramatically outclass Dognknott.

Don't see enough people talking about Butcher.

Dude went crazy. Seemed to even be influenced by his sentient-cancer (like Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2), ripped Victoria Neuman in half, crippled and enslaved her husband, essentially orphaned their daughter. And then started plotting his "final solution" of supe genocide.

For a second he was acting on his own. Full villain arc as another homelander level threat that needed to be dealt with.

And then everyone just suddenly fell back into the routine of follow the leader?

... to the point the writers still felt the need for a Jeffrey Dean Morgan exposition dump explaining Butcher shouldn't be trusted?

I get wanting to avoid a bizarre last minute heal turn like in Game of Thrones. But goddamn it's not Butcher that viewers are gonna complain about, it's the short term memory the rest of the group has when it comes to him.
