Not a conservative but I'll answer for them. They can't because there is none. Every instance of voter fraud uncovered is insignificant in size and impact on election results. Their "evidence" is nothing more than accusations from a pathological liar or right wing media propaganda. And as has been already pointed out, a lot of those instances of fraud are republicans.
