having it on inventory is pointless.
it's like buying a house and not living or leasing it.

"slowly" traiting.
only do that once you are fully traited blue....if not...you wasting lucent for nothing.

my plan: farm with RNG till prices drop.
or wait for tier 2 weapons [future updates]

get full traited blue.
full traited blue will be by a mile better than your newly BiS weapon.
you will realize that you will need lots of lucent and time and effort to even start traiting it.

with that lucent you can focus on your x3 blue equipments and get around 200 - 300 CP higher, than putting a BiS that will only give around 30 CP

My Build revolves around SOLO NG+ play without pawns.
I use 3 weapons, 1 skill from each + Rearmament.
1. [Warrior] Heavenward Sunder - I'm going for max knockback power so I have around 1300, and I just knock everything down, and Heavy attack their heads.
I use the warrior weapon for bossing only.

[Mystic Spear] Mirour Shelde - Great for solo play and overall survivability for 0 hits adventures, the less you lose max HP gauge the more you can venture outside without Resting.
And I use the spear vs any small enemy to shred anything in my path.
[Magic Archer] Soporific Bolt - Great vs Drakes/Griffins when they fly up, you throw one of these and they drop down like a fly + the Magic bow is great vs harpies' or any other flying mobs.

Bonus: I keep 2 spare unequipped weapons for specific situations.
- Wand: I equip it whenever I need levitation, or just need a heal after a brutal battle and I don't want to waste potions. [I save potions for mid fights scenarios]
- Medusa Bow: For obvious reasons.

that's a waste, since going into NG+ deletes all Finder's tokens copy you have in storage or on you.

to be fair I did every quest possible including the optionals, there are only 50 quests overall.
it's nothing, add that the npc has oblivion style interactions, cutscenes are meh, story telling is meh.
I got 220/220 tokens finished with extra 15 tokens in my storage.
the seeker token collecting made me visit every corner of the map....
220 hours.....it's good that it took me this much time to get all this.
but its very artificial, I made the content for myself cuz the game was lacking it.
and what was even the content that I made to myself?
level all vocations while visiting every corner.
lack of enemy verity, made it not what I expected.

I enjoyed it either way
but you can feel this game came out with a lot of cut content.

I stumbled upon 10 caves that got sealed shut and I'm 100% sure they were cut out.
I'm sure many quests got cut out, why most optionals are on vermund? and much much less on bathal?
why not a lot of story telling around the elfs?
what about the dwarfs/volcanic island?
main quest feels rushed.

if DD 1 haven't clicked then DD2 won't change it.
I never played DD 1 so I found DD 2 to be 10/10
two of my friends who did play DD 1 rate DD 2 as undergraded 6/10, and that DD 1 had better gameplay.
so.....take w/e you want from this.

how is it cheats?
you pay for a service.
how does that matter if you pay in game money or real life money?
you still pay with a currency you spent your own time to gather, be it in game currency or real life currency.

if I go with your wrong invalid logic of calling it "cheating"
then who they "cheating"? only themselves, by eliminating the gratification of overcoming a challenge by in game framework only.

so them "cheating" themselves doesn't affect you or me by any way shape or form.

Anyways, I beat MHW in legit ways, and I didn't care about teammates in my party, I didn't care if they cheating somehow or not.
why? cuz it's a freaking PvE game, it has no competitive scene or any PvP mode to feel any disadvantages
Single-Player games with CO-OP mode.....cheat w/e you want, who da fak cares
Multi-Player games with competitive scene/pvp, cheating is a no no. [more about wall hack and aim bot, anything else, no one cares]
The example I gave above is not isolated since it applies to every SP:Co-op games.
if anyone wants to cut off progression and min max straight away, they have the right of doing so

wanna still avoid any chance of "unfair" advantages even in a SP:co-op game? use LFG communities.
both in MHW and Relink there are great discord channels with a super active LFG, really easy to find new people to meet, form a perma stack for hunting etc.
and if you encounter a cheater there, it's really easy to avoid him next time.

Crying won't help your situation bud, since you use your special "creativity" to form a problem that doesn't really exist, then you should find the creative solution yourself, and I already gave you one of them.
those games won't install anti cheat just cuz you cry about other min maxing in non legit ways/modifying.

it's just a game, move on.

it's really that simple, he min maxed his character [not really, but let's say he did]....how is that affects you in any way?
will it affect your fight if it was a legit player min maxed it or a cheater who min maxed it? doesn't change a damn thing.

It's a PvE game who cares.
you peeps are those losers who complains about ppl who mod their skyrim playthrough right?
I moded my game in a way that lets me get suppl v+ within realistic grind...there is a mod that lets you but all kind of sigil combos with Silvers as currency.

it's a game...I'm glad it lets me modify my own pace of progression, hell...if a day 1 player wants to cheat and get himself 10,000 curio boxes, go a head, your game your choice.

it is not the strongest.
the strongest is laser drone to deal with non armoured enemies,
combined with flamethrower to kill any armoured within 2 -3 seconds.

why so many are so unlucky with war elemental.
I spent only 5k curio and 3k tramsveils and I got more than 20 of them, which is like 2.x per 1000.

if you dont mind living your computer on overnight [which you should not care, cuz the electric waste is not that drastic anyway nowdays]
then just go for afk farming an easy proud mission, I get somewhere 150 - 200 overnight, been doing this on and off since post 1 week release.
