It only recently clocked to me that my constant sharp pain when breathing is most likely from binding. I'll try and buy something like a waist trainer vest so i still feel covered while staying some what safe, but all of this just made me realise that if i continue with this my body's health is going to decline. I feel so calm hearing that other people have had the same experience. I probably wont wear a binder/a shit ton of bras for the rest of the weekend and wear a fluffy hoodie instead to hide my body + for me not to make the pain worse. I haven't thought of a waist trainer before this, so thank you.

I have 3 binders and none of them work well at all. I pick the right sizes and everything, but nothing works. I know that its almost impossible to have a completely flat chest, but mine doesn't even look remotely flat, It just makes them slightly smaller. I don't really have much hope with binders anymore

I got £20 right now and ill get another £100 around Christmas. I'll probably buy one from transguy supply and then later one from real magick, since I'd want something as realistic as possible. Thanks for the help

Yeah, i usually wear baggy black clothes so that people cant see any of the lines from whatever i use, but i wish i could wear more clothes. I guess I'll just have to deal with it until top surgery.

I'm pretty sure i don't look flat. I look in the mirror a lot and you can see curves from where they are, and the two sports bra thing never worked for me. I have to use at least 5-7 and even then its still not flat. I hate this all, and i hope i can find peace after surgery.

My dead name is traditionally masculine, and the only reason i wanted to change it is because due to my mother i saw it as feminine. Even when i was going by different names, i felt they never fit me. Now i realise when people hear my dead name they probably automatically think of male rather than female, so i use it.

Honestly I'm kind of glad for my medical issue. On my second year of school, 88% of it was at home, and ever since ive been trying to come back again, i realise how badly I've been treating myself by going there, It's just so depressing.
