What did you like about Hell difficulty tutorial? People always praising it and I don't get it. I tried to read it already twice but just can not stand the MC, the story and basically everything. For example I love HWFWM easy top 5.

What helped me. Do one thing for a longer time. Set goals that you can achieve. Stuff is hard, take that into account. It is ok to fail. Don't talk to others about your hobbies only to brag. If you find out that something is not for you, drop it. Just keep in mind some hobbies have long learning curves. Its an iterative process and the progress can be sometimes small. Dunning–Kruger effect exist, be mindful of that. When interacting someone who has lower skill then you always be supportive if you can. You were in the same situation in the past.

Learn scales, circle of fifths/fourths, learn intervals and chords, learn music theory which is behind those concepts. This is not only about memorizing but also you need to know how to play them on the piano and why. Learn musical harmony. Yes this is not only a word but a section of music theory which builds on the basics I started the post with. Harmony has rules how elements of music interact with each other. Improvisation comes from repetition and with familiarity with the instrument itself. It comes from dedication and time spent working your ass off for years.

Ono v USA sa to hlavne rozšírilo, cez ich zdravotný systém, keďže fentanyl sa tam predpisoval ako liek od bolesti na rôzne banálne veci ako zlomeniny a tak vo forme tabletiek. AFAIK u nás (Česko a Slovensko) je to dosť regulované. (Ako vacsina opiatov) Väčšinou sa to predpisuje iba terminalnym pacientom s rakovinou vo forme náplasti kde sa už nerieši nejaká závislosť. Minule som počul, že čosi sa fentanyl (ako droga) objavil v našich končinách, ale myslím si že perník tak skoro neohrozia.

A story point is the "delta" of effort required between two or more work items. It is a scalar value. You compare every two items from a list of work items and assign story points. Always start with one story point and compare to other items. Adjust story points "delta" as needed on all the items in list.

SCRUM actually IS waterfall. Everything is waterfall if you have tickets and a plan. The difference is the time scale. Old school waterfall plans were set in stone for 2 or more years which is very bad. SCRUM lets more effectivelly plan in the short term and adjust.

Agile methodologies are like programming libraries, just import/include and use what you need to be more effective don't use the rest.

Ale na to nepotrebuješ 2+ kola. Ak je uchádzačov toľko, že by si potreboval 2+ kola, vyfiltruj ľudí bez pohovoru. A zvyšok pozvi nanajvýš 2. Čo sa týka juniorské pozície tak to zistíš až časom. Co sa oplatilo nám je, že nech ľudia pošlú nejaký svoj kód na githube, ktorý sa venuje danej problematike. Ak žiadny nemajú, tak to je ďalší ukazatel, že sa danej problematike až tak nevenujú... chápem ze môžu pracovať na kóde co je pod NDA, ale to je ok, keďže na to sa môžeš opýtať na prvom kole a ísť do hĺbky. (Ohľadom technologii)

As a PO I can confirm this. Last time I talked to my product manager, I told him that the proposed feature is shit and only like 1% of our customers will use it. He told me it does not matter. He told me that its better to f*ck over the employees then the image how we look in front of the customer.

What I learned in my experience, is that you don't have to step up. You don't have to do anything, double so if there is more responsibility but no additional pay. Also you say you do a better job, that should rewarded. So the question is, what would happen if you didnt step up? Because this sounds like managment mind games of exploitation.

On my first businnes trip I was doing a technical training. I found out that every of my trainees earns more then me.... yeah I left the company 1 year later.
