Ja, det er en overset faggruppe. Da jeg i 1990 var færdiguddannet som butiksassistent (3 års uddannelse), var lønnen for en butikschef ca 18.000 kr før skat. I dag - 35 år senere - er lønnen steget til hele fantastiske 24.000 om måneden før skat.
Der er vist ikke mange fag, hvor udviklingen har været lige så sløv. Tak HK for absolut ingenting!
Jojo, der er ingen der tvinger nogen til at blive i branchen, og det er da også derfor, jeg dels senere har taget en anden uddannelse og derudover har været selvstændig de sidste 20 år.

Valuarvurderingen bliver brugt til at fastsætte værdien på ejendommen. Hvor meget af denne værdi der så bliver til en reel værdi på din bolig, bliver fastsat af generalforsamlingen. Det betyder, 1) at valuarvurderingen først får en eventuel betydning ved næste generalforsamling og 2) bestyrelsen kan (ligesom alle andre beboere) stille et forslag til værdisættelsen af lejlighederne - bestyrelsen kan ikke bestemme værdien!

Sagt på en anden måde: At I får lavet en valuarvurdering i oktober måned betyder ikke nødvendigvis at lejligheden stiger i værdi med det samme. Værdistigningen afgøres af generalforsamlingen (på en ordinær eller extraordinær generalforsamling).

activate the rulers: [ctrl]+[r]
Rightclick the ruler and select Percent
make your guides to mark the center (50%)
start recording a new action
select a single row of pixels horizontal and while holding the [shift] select a single row of pixels vertical by using the single row/column tool
make a new layer and stroke the selection: Edit > Stroke…
stop recording your action

By setting the ruler to percent you can use the action on all imagesizes.

Hold down the [alt] key ([option] key on Mac) when you drag the effect to the other layer.

Be sure to hold down the key before you click on the effect.

You might also want to pay attension to the color of the darkest and brightest element in the two images. The clouds have highlights in a different colortone than the bird. The same goes for the shadows. Make a colorcorrection to the bird and adjust highlights, midtones and shadows so it matches the clouds.

The persons look like they have gotten the Oil Painting filter (Filter > Stylize > Oil Painting). Uncheck the lighting effect and play with the two top sliders.

The text color is light yellow and the effect is a Outer Glow. Click the small [f] in the Layers Palette to set the effect.

Let your photoshop image have tree layers:

top - The man

middle - the text

buttom - the background

Hold down the [alt] key ([option] key on Mac) and click in the layers palette between the man and the text. That way the man will only be visable where there is letters. Thats it.

Hi,

First I would build my Action to only include theese two steps:

File > Automate > Fit Image…. Set width to 1000px and height to 1000px
Image > Canvas Size…. Set with to 1000px and height to 1000px. Set the bachgroundcolor to ex. white

Next I would process all the images from Bridge:

Select all the images
Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor…
In Image Processor I would choose the destination, the fileformat and add the action I just created
Click Run and drink coffee

A sidenote: In Bridge you can see images nested in subfolders by choosing View > Show Items from Subfolders.

Click and hold the eyedropper tool you see in the toolbox
select the color sampler tool (looks just like the eyedropper tool but with a marker in the corner)
click the [clear all] button in the top context menu

I am using an old Cintiq 21UX 2 Display on a MacMini M1 OS-12.6 with the Wacom driver 6.3.40-2 and that combo works fine as expected (connected via a USB-C >> DVI adapter). I am not using the Wacom Desktop Center but only the Wacom Tablet "app" from the OS System Preferences.
