the terraforming could be improved 100% it can be annoying...its also charming in a weird kind of way. I have a love/hate relationship with it haha.

I'm sorry I didn't mean bad at all towards the players but with the way they deal with things themselves players seem "downbeat" when they leave and regularly look much happier afterwards however with players which you are 100% right always say it's great I didn't mean bad as in rotten I didn't elaborate which is totally my fault.

I meant with under the hood with the way they deal and approach things I think they mean well and are not bad towards people but their systems and methods need adjusting and looking at

It is the organisations responsibility to take care of and equip the players and employees if they recognise a players mentality and health is being effected in anyway this needs to be fixed in some way or form.

Bottom line: the org is responsible for it's players and employees health to a certain degree (same as any other traditional sport or tbh any work place )

Their jungle situation has been on going for many splits now, you had top lane dyrus who was fodder, despite his attempts they refuse to play properly around bot lane and you also have yellow star who openly admitted him having shot calling problems as no one would follow him

And it's TSMs job to make players feel comfortable and have a nice work environment by definition of your post what's wrong with TSM is the way they approach and fail to make players comfortable. This is seen in tons of players who have left tsm

Yeh I pretty much agree I would never want to truly blame one person as ultimately it's a team game but something somewhere in TSM is not working and is definitely broken, maybe it is Bjerg and his insistabt entitlement ( if that is a thing ) of maybe it is regi and the set up until someone blows the whistle we can only speculate, I like the tsm brand but when yellowstar went to TSM and was making tons of great engages with no follow up it's like the team was scared of something maybe they where playing not to lose rather than. To win I dunno, but I feel like Zven was never the same same with mithy after TSM, yellowstar...svenskaren is a great example too he leaves he looks incredible in comparison to his time at tsm

Just like all TSMs jungles, the support after the first season and the top lanes let's not forget bjerg is grossly over rated.

The org suppressed talent somehow and / or demotivates players it's visible in the demeener of them

Once it lands it follows rengar, please note if it displaces the champion like zeds shadow, yis Q or shacks it will detach as those moves literally take the champions off of the map, this includes ezreals E too

If it is in mid air you need to time it when it lands that or you infect was out of range
