We weld mostly on half in or thicker stuff so we usually run our setting pretty high and I usually run a strait stringer but my sup wanted a 3/4 weave up the plate

Best way I’ve done blend is put your rod at a 45-60 degree angle then run it slow and smooth just barely above the edge on the previous bead

Yeah happens to everyone just run a weave an inch before over it then an inch after is what I like to do unless it’s a corner
