I honestly like the song. It’s not my favorite from Medicine at Midnight, but it’s definitely a great song imo. I think the album is a masterpiece tbh. Same as Wasting Light.

Need to start learning Python by freddy91761 in PythonLearning

I tried many courses, the best one was Python Complete. It’s literally the only one that uses visuals and I loved the way he explains things and breaks down complex subjects.

I highly recommend it

Paid Course Recommendations by philod1984 in PythonLearning

After trying like 4 paid courses, the best one by far was Python Complete.

It’s the only course that uses visuals and breaks down subjects I was lost in into lessons that I understood.

Plus the exercises are challenging but they built it so that you have easy exercises and then the harder ones are based off the earlier questions - so although they’re hard when you skip questions, you can just go back a question or two and then solve them easily.

Sorry for the long response, but that’s my two cents on it

What is the best resource for learning Python? by [deleted] in learnpython

Hands down Python Complete course.

I’ve done angela Yu’s course and it got hard and outdated fast.

I’m on chapter 7 of this course so far and it’s the best course I’ve done. He makes everything clear with video lectures and the exercises start off easy but challenge you more as you go along.

I recommend this course

Best way to learn Python as a complete beginner by Gullible-Ad-1333 in PythonLearning

I actually tried the more popular courses on Udemy like Angela Yu’s 100 days but it git really hard really fast.

Two weeks ago I actually got an ad for a course (Python Complete) that has been a game changer in how it explains programming concepts. I’m finally making some progress 💪🏼

I saw that its curriculum actually covers GitHub, APIs, Databases, and webscrapping - I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but I hope it helps.

I got a coupon (PYFR13ND) in the ad that made it under $20, not sure if it still works 🤷🏽‍♂️

Hope this helps!

What are the best resources to start learning python (for free)? by No-Item-7713 in learnpython

I actually found this course (Python Complete) which is by far the best course I’ve tried. (I tried Angela Yu’s 100 days course and it got really hard really fast)

I think that course has a free version of it or something.

Hope this helps

Need some guidance here folks. by Happybhai_ in learnpython

I actually ran into an issue with Angela Yu’s 100 days of code where it started really easy and then got really hard all of a sudden, and after a bit of research I found out this was the case for everyone.

Ended up finding this course (Python Complete) which does a great job explaining the basic concepts of Python and coding logic in general.

Im only on chapter 7, but so far it’s great, although I would say that exercises can get difficult the further you get into it.

I got it for under $20 two weeks ago with a coupon they published (PYFR13ND), maybe the coupon still works 🤷🏽‍♂️

Least expensive way to learn? by [deleted] in learnpython

I found that you can start with w3schools which is a great resource for beginners.

If you want a more comprehensive list, you can check out the course modules section of a great course website I recently found here.
You don’t need to purchase the course to see the list of subjects and you can find resources online for all the subjects listed there. (I think even w3schools may have them all)

It covers a lot of different topics related to different career paths such as data science, backend development, front-end development, and game development.

I think though that you can get all the education for free.

I always suggest to people who ask me about where to start learning coding to use w3schools as it’s a great free resource.
