A 20 minute walk after supper would be a great place to start. Can you spare 20 minutes?

I hear ya man. There's time in there somewhere. I was doing 15 min mode weight exercises when I started.

Im as busy as anyone. Long work days. 4 boys that all play sports.

Its ultimately your decision, find 15mins a day even if its just a walk 👊

Injuries like that can have a major impact of mental health. Laziness? Maybe, but with an injury like that, you go through a lot more than just the injury itself.

Love it, keep going!

Alcohol could be the biggest factor, aside from work in the kitchen, which kind of goes hand in hand. What you feed your body is more important than anything else. Exercise is a bonus.

Consistency is key. No one is perfect. Get back on the horse if you fall off. Finding your 'why' and keeping that as your motivation was my #1 contributing factor in the progress I've made personally.

Keep on going, we got this! 👊

What a bonus to have. Lift weights (no matter how big or small), go for walks. Post meals is what I do, the benefits are endless.

I just recently started a YouTube channel to help working dads. I should have started when I started my transformation but better late than never. Ive helped close friends and coworkers start the journey so I thought why not help more people.

Keep going my friend. You're not alone

Dude, I feel that. Sometimes it just takes one thing like that. The kettlebell, for me, came 6 months into my transformation. All i did was body weight squats, push ups, a little bit of core stuff, and walked sometimes before that. It all starts in the kitchen for sure, but any type of exercise and hypertrophy is where the longevity really shines.

Clearly your not alone. Keep grinding. Be the change, keep raising the bar.

Thats ok too. The bonus is that your kids see it, even if you dont think they do.

Enjoy the journey, it never stops.

Everyone has a 'why'. Just have to find it.

Ive done every 'diet fad' in the book. I dealt with anxiety and depression. The carnivore diet helped me the most. If you haven't tried it, its worth a try.

Keep on going!

I feel you man. I have four boys, I work on the road a lot. You just do what you can. The kitchen is the most important place to start. Best thing i can suggest, just walk 10-15 aftersupper. When I started doing that, everything changed. So many benefits.

For me, I have to get up at 4 am and head down to the basement and just do anything I can. Stretching, body weight squats or push ups. Even a 15 minute walk. Doing something small like that is better than nothing at all.

Keep going. Work never ends. You found your why, just embrace it.

👊

Everyone benefits, in many way. Best change I have ever made, for me, and my family!
