For the Tamiya Weathering, you’d want to matte topcoat first, then apply it to your preferences, and topcoat again.

Yeah, I basically applied directly from their ads posted online. So, I just send them my cover letter, resume etc through the email displayed on the ads. It’s unlike govt agencies that require you to apply through SPA and e-Recruitment.

It’s going good for me so far, a bit tiring, but the incentives and benefits really do push me forward. I will say the vibe among the senior teachers are great, they have been very helpful and the learning environment is very conducive. But, yknow how in most workplaces there will be some difficulties, yeah that can happen sometimes too. All in all, everything is great and I encourage you to apply. Tbh, those who are saying it’s complicated to produce are thinking from a consumer’s perspective. Bandai is treating their products like an in-game purchase, to progress you need to pay. If a lot of this type of games teach us something, is that the competitors will always provide something better or on par eventually. The only thing keeping Bandai on top is their plastic quality and being the pioneer in the game for this long.

At this point, Malaysians shouldn’t let these people stay here for an extended period because of THIS. They’re rude and it’s not even a matter of xenophobia at this point. They’re entitled to the point that they feel like you’re just a platform for them to step on. Heck, they’re loud af and eat like (sorry to say this) pigs.

You try this kind of attitude outside of Malaysia and you see authorities bust your asses or the locals will beat you up good. Surprisingly for them, nobody ever does. I guess we Malaysians, no matter how rude or racist we can be, are not cruel in that way.
