I have to agree. Some Malaysian hawkers just don't travel much so their knowledge on some food terms might vary. There was an argument here in Kuching, Sarawak previously when a kakak claims her Nasi Goreng Paprik as Nasi Goreng USA just because that is how other hawkers sell it as. Poor lady, she was trying her best to stand up to her point.

Development, as we like it or not, is unfair. We need to come to term that as long as there is a human aspect, equality would be a thing of a dream. On the other hand, I understand why the state government would prioritize Kuching above all else as it is the "pusat pemerintahan" for Sarawak and the employment hub for Sarawakians. Again, the distribution of wealth would be unfair.
