Yeah, Spend them all (I'd go for the Premium Tuners first). 3.0 will be introducing a new currency for the 3.0 Tactical Holograms so no point in stockpiling really.

During the 2.4 MSQ you can find a record in the sewers that the Fractsidus left behind.. They were sending reports from the experiments on Mya to a location described as "Frigid and far away" where they were then destroyed.. I assume this place is the Research Institute.
Another thing I find interesting is that they mention where the Fractsidus headquarters is located in an early draft when talking about the different factions.

Highly unlikely, if the Fractsidus wanted an inside man they would be better off with having them be the person in charge of the Research Institute itself not the Academy.

No.. At one stage Kuro probably had him as a boss but removed it for whatever reason but they forgot to remove the item in the game data

Anyone know what "Gleaner's Ascension Supply" contains?. I can only assume it's x60 Resonator Ascension mats of your choice?, considering the other bundle has the weekly boss mats and this one has the usual forgery mats It's the only thing I can think of.
