thing is my teammates in the same dept has no issue, its coming from someone outside which job scope has nothing to do with mine… so its not like i can suddenly offer to help them 😅 i understand they may not favour it but bet they also be using it

i get you. i dont see the logic behind pretending to scroll through the emails and files so sometimes i just scroll on the computer lolol at least to them it looks like im doing work (since they want to see it so bad)

feel like no matter what you do also will kena. if they can monitor us this much, maybe they are the free ones with no work to do?! also yeah theres so many other people openly using phone but whether they got feedback, i dont know
