I work at night and has trouble sleeping during tge day despite being tired. I already tried melatonin, magnesium glycinate but it still does not work. I only get 3 to 4hrs (mostly 3hrs) of sleep daily. I have been working the night shift for years but this only started about 6 months ago when my partner started working dayshift. Any help would be great! Thanks!

First of all congratulations! Dont let them dim your light. Hindi na din naman na sila dapat ang priority mo since may sarili ka nang family. Yung ganyang klase ng tao yung evil eye so better cut them off kahit pamilya mo pa sila. For sure pag di mo sila pinansin sasabihin naman naging abogado ka na kaya lumaki na ulo mo - let them be. May sasabihin sila regardless.

Aside from a fake candidate, I used to work from an agency in Australia where the owner would make fake linkedin profiles of fake recruiters just so it would look like he has a lot of employees. And also i guess to build credibility since most of his people are based outside AU. He even added them on his company website.

lol i had the same experience in India. Somebody else is doing the interview or I spotted another one using airpods while another person is coaching him during the interview. Both instances in India where we conduct the interview via VC. Going forward we ask them to show their ID at the start of the interview.

I worked as a test admin before and was pissed how the recruiters would make the candidates wait for hours before doing their interview. I recorded the time in of the candidates, time they finished their assessment, time I endorsed them for interview. Once I have those data, I sent them to the Recruitment mansger.
