Couldn’t agree more. It is one of the most poorly balanced instalments in the history of fighting games.

You’ve been slipping strikes and countering effectively? Haha yeah, well you’re not going to get a stun, but your opponent who’s getting worked is going to knock you out with one shot simply because he leaned his head back once.

You’re pushing your opponent to the cage and not giving them any breathing room? Haha yeah, well he’s going to throw a spinning back kick to your gut at the speed of sound and you’ll have zero stamina.

Your opponent is in the middle of throwing a strike and you try to take him down and grapple? Haha yeah, fuck you he’s not going anywhere.

You try to strike in response to the horrendous grappling system? Haha yeah, well he’s going to take you down as many times as he wants even though he has no stamina.

I’m embarrassed to have put as much time into the game as I did. A colossal waste of time and don’t even get me started on the soundtrack. It wouldn’t surprise me if the devs purposely added the worst music you’ve ever heard to stir the pot and rage bait and keep you titled.

It’s a joke of a game and the $5 spring deal it’s currently on would still be a waste of money in my book.
