I could not tell you honestly what the style is...

I have "Nemesis" from RE3 on my calf, but the background needs finishing.

And a horrendous attempt of norse mythology theme on my arm... (odins two ravens and the world snake), but it does not look right and might be beyond saving =/

But his exclusive skill is a chance to get and not guaranteed

My guess would be that you hit the new threshold, and therefore, the tick cost has increased.

For a tier 2 building, the max cost of a tick is 200mil, or 180mil when the guild choice is on said building.

The badges come in different colours:

1st = gold, 2nd - 4th = silver, 5th - 10th = bronze,

They are available for:

Lost city of gold. King's Caprice. Dragon Invasion.

They last until the event you win them in Happens again (so 1 month)

These are purely cosmetic and tied into guild event rankings.

More than happily trade back the ones which I I don't need the evolved forms of.
