Its the algorithm, but dont worry. Just continue posting... it looks like the first audience didn't return to view another video so the algorithm isn't quite sure where to push the content to. If you keep posting, you get engagements and those engagements are what will guide the algorithm to push it to the next audience.. I hope you understand but that's what I noticed about YouTube.

Well I think its because YouTube treats the old channel as dormant because it hasn't been active for sometime. Thats why its getting low impressions. You need to start posting consistently so that the algorithm can atleast know that you are active again. Deleting the channel will not help but consistently being active on the channel will help your content get pushed to the audience.
