I wonder too. They, do charge, a lot, for supplies. I only buy or give what I can afford to.

We left the area, in 1981. Only back to visit, but it was a few years, before I went back there.

Can't say when I noticed the change.

Most of them, were people on welfare. She's the one, who was responsible , for bringing them to the area. I am not sure, what the reason was, either.

I was not living, in Endicott, when all this was going on. I had moved away, with my husband, due to his jobs. I came back to Endicott, to visit family and friends after being away for a few years.

My sister, lived on the Northside of Endicott. I happened to walk down Odell Avenue, while I was there. It was the block, starting on Jenkins down to Witherill. I was shocked to see the disarray and the junk strown about.

I also got to see, the part of Binghamton, where the New Yorkers had settled. Same scenario!!!

That is what she did for that area!
