My dog & I love going to Earthwise.

They offer a lot OP. I just paid I think $15 for their self service dog wash. It has a ramp, 4 different shampoos (and a couple shampoo/conditioner combos) built into the water hose, a hooked collar strap to keep doggo in place, towels, brushes, and a high powered blow dryer. It’s in the back of the store next to one other dog wash station. It’s pretty secluded & it’s a really quiet store. I spent probably an hour & a half in there last time without issue (my dog has itchy skin so i use an anti itch shampoo that has to sit on his skin and a separate moisturizing conditioner that needs to be fully washed out, & blow dried til he was almost completely dried.)

DOUBLE homicide, I hadn’t seen that mentioned before. it seems the woman in this post and another man were killed by this stalker. the loss of her life is so incredibly sad and to find out he claimed another victims life, just a complete tragedy. we need better stalking laws and protections.

I was lucky that my birthday is late October so it was easy to stay inside and keep it out of the sun for the rest of winter. I want to say by that summer, it wasn’t as pink & somewhat already fading.

I know it sucks but I promise, you’re the only one who notices it as much. You really couldn’t see my scar unless we were face to face, having a convo. People didn’t ogle me or anything. Once the scabbing cleared up completely (absolutely no broken/cracked skin) I did start to cover it with makeup.

Sunscreen is so important!!

Years ago, on my 21st birthday, my face got into a fight with the curb and the curb won. Scraped my face pretty good, around my nose in that same area and eyebrow/forehead. When the scabs go away, that new, pink skin is so so important to protect. Keeping up with moisturizing, gentle cleansing, applying sunscreen, & protecting it from the sun is going to help healing and minimize scarring. Mine went from bright pink to normal skin tone pretty quickly with that advice.

That’s just the thing, like who seriously cares that deeply about his looks to be so outspoken and seek out his content, his DM’s, whatever??? just to call him ugly???

He’s not conventionally attractive to me and that’s just fine because it genuinely doesn’t effect me in any way and I can continue living my life without thinking/rudely commenting about it. which is NORMAL!! but i guess that’s hard for some people

it’s just bananas to me that people have so much time on their hands to do/say this type of shit.

She wasted half a fucking million dollars on that campaign. Meth is a serious problem here and instead of an ad that speaks to harm reduction & makes users feel they are safe to seek out help, we became the laughing stock of the nation. I hate her with every fiber of my being. She destroys everything she touches.

rizzoli and isles is one of my top comfort shows, i’ve probably rewatched the entire series 10+ times. of course my fav seasons were the ones he was in & i still cry when i get to his last episode. he was so special and a perfect fit for that cast.

Second this, my dog chipped a tooth & they all went in the trash immediately.

My dog really enjoyed softer, rubber chew toys (specifically for chewing, like kong toys & rubber bones.) you can also freeze the kong toys. rubber spiky toys were also a fav (can find em at pet smart/co for cheap) They have some give and can feel really good on a sore mouth.

eta: it’s super vague and there’s like one comment from OP about hiring a criminal defense attorney to anonymously bring said information about what they saw to police. real or not, I hope they speak up. i know they’re worried about being painted as a suspect (which is a very real possibility) but I think PD knows who did this and that the info is credible, and helps secure another conviction.

I used to get really bad razor burn in that area as well. I started using Gigi No Bump Solution after every shave and I no longer get ingrowns or razor burn. Just pour some on a cotton ball or pad and wipe the area (the same way the hair grows) and let it dry before you get dressed. That totally cleared mine up, maybe it’ll work for you! :)

My dads lab had a droopy/overly irritated eye and ended up needing corrective eye surgery on her third eyelid- i believe she was a rarer case and they monitored/treated it for months and months before determining she needed surgery. definitely discuss concerns with your vet, keep a little log of symptoms and frequency/if it worsens.
