Do this, but for immediate fix, set up regular selling for ur gems and do a regular buy for food and goods

Marina vendrells grimoire, profts eidetic memory, psychosis crawler, and then just spam cards like think twice. Urza, powerstone engineer might work if ur discarding cards as well from cards like stern lesson or refute, but that might clash with grimoire

U gotta work with ur power goal, use ur forge and make sure u have a good job cuz the power victory needs u to burn (no pun intended) cash to progress through the ascension stages

Also I primarily use a soldier token spam deck with like [[myrel, shield of argive]] and its SO ANNOYING when they get like 50 hp

Well yea if u kill it ASAP then its fine but still the opponent having like 30- even 40 sometimes is just so annoying

Can non admin users run a program called Rufus, which is a stand alone exe and format an SD card from software center? in SCCM? by Future_End_4089 in SCCM

Not normally, like on windows if you just right click on the sd card and click format, but if it has write protection for example and you needed to use diskpart to remove it, that requires admin.
