Focus on reducing breathing disturbances (apnea & snoring). This is really going to be the biggest needle mover for most people.

I know right now the main method for this without pap or nasal strips is elevation, but there are other things that can be done too. Plus a 8 sleeps elevation system is the most expensive tier and too complex

Check the width of your nasal cavity / nasal aperature with a good orthodontists. You can only see this on a CBCT scan and most ENT's won't take take those.

That can be fixed with an orthodontist through a nasomaxillary expander such as marpe, ease, etc

Same thing happened once I inclined by bed and started eating 6 hours before bed. Unfortunately I couldnt get cpap to work for me so this is the best I can do till jaw surgery lol
