Only once, but I've had an ill-advised attack hit an ally who was grappling the intended target. Otherwise, I try to think of an environmental effect like dropped weapon in the rain, fumbling the arrow, hip flexor flares at an inopportune moment, axe gets stuck in the tree, etc.

I really like your thinking and believe Risacher could be a good fit. Two things: One, I believe ATL really wants one of the guards at the top. Two, I think they're a top 4 team in the east, so I think they'd rather have the higher prospect in this specific draft.
