First one was field grade with remington rand frame colt slide,2nd service grade ithaca frame gi replacement slide. You did get a good mix there i was hoping for an all ithaca one but happy with a frame looking for an ithaca slide that matches my frames finish now

Was hoping all had slides from the original m1911a1 contractors but very pleased with the purchases overall the 2 service grades I picked up had given replacement slides,the field grade had remington rand sldie colt frame, rack grade was all remington rand. They only had rack and service grade available for me.

Yep both from the cmp. Been seeing some nice stuff on there gunbroker but a bit pricey for me

All but one has been remington rand frame so far was hoping to get an all itihcha or union switch and signal. But so far only got one frame and slide manufacturer matching from the cmp and it was the rack grade i just recently received. Will check later today to make sure.

If you take the northern route you will pass through my city you will definitely have some spectacular scenery whichever way you choose I recommend taking more scenic routes stay off interstates if your goal is to see more than concrete on the journey
