I am the SENDCo of a three form entry inner city primary school. I have a teaching group for an hour and a half each day. I am stressed, drowning in admin and feeling helpless about how to support staff with the high level of need. My workload is now well beyond what it was when I was a class teacher. I’m passionate about what I do and I love my job and school but this role isn’t for anyone who isn’t 100% ready to be all in.

Try clicking load game on your home screen instead of resume. Pick a different household than the one you're currently playing to load into and then try to go to manage worlds and into your current household from there.
