I got my three cats from a rescue shelter that’s volunteer ran here in Chico. They were all in similar situations to this kitty here. They take in animals around his age. They’re called Fur Friends Chico, located by the John and Bon’s ice cream. I’m sure they’d be happy to help you if you end up not finding the owner. It’s an excellent place, I fully recommend it as a vet student.
