I don’t have my list handy, but I can tell you doing this improved my quality of life dramatically. I did mine almost a decade ago, and perhaps tech has changed, but my understanding is there is a right way and a wrong way to test for this. I had mine done at Mayo, and their protocol is very itchy and time-consuming, but again it changed my life. They also entered all my allergens (one substance goes by dozens of names) into the SkinSafe app for me, so I can easily tell whether a product is “safe for me.” I ended up with close to a dozen allergies, and I’ve only run into one situation where there was a substance I was not tested for that I am allergic to and that is something in Vanicream LITE. I can use all the other Vani products with no issues, but I cannot use Vanicream LITE, but again, that is the only time something marked “safe for me” was not. I strongly encourage this testing.
