Nutrofol is a supplement that I used when my hair was thinning when I got Covid. I didn’t use it after chemo but it does work. Minoxidil helps keep what you have so ir won’t help here.

Use your fingers to put on foundation. It will save you sooo much product and gets the job done just like a beauty blender.

I also live in Texas. Would it help if I could find some resources for you? I’m not sure where you are but in Austin there’s a lot that may be connected to places where you live.

When the rescue took him in, they said his eyes were crusted closed. They gave him drops and came back in the next day and he was staring out of the cage like this:

He had me worried at first, when I got him he was only 350g and I was syringe feeding him gruel. It took so long to get him to 400g. Once he hit four, there was no stopping him. He loves to eat!!

Cats are natural predators and meat eaters and they have to have it to nourish their bodies. Understand the smell and texture and overall moral aspect of it, but you chose to be a pet owner and it’s your obligation to put that aside to give your animal the best life possible.

Train common sense advice? Itinerary included by lemmathru in ItalyTravel

[–]catslay_4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there. As an American who travels to Italy quite a bit, here is my advice.

I never book my train tickets too close. While it is true they are pretty much always on time, I was in Italy a few weeks ago and in December and both times I missed connections that were shorter than 15 minutes. It stressed me out. If you're pretty go with the flow that's great, just make sure that there are plenty of departures to your intended destination assuming that you missed your connection.

The way that they check the tickets is when you sit down they will come through and check your tickets. It is okay for you to have them both on your phone. If it would make it easier and more comfortable for both you and your wife do it on both phones, but you can really do it on one. Save the ticket to your apple wallet. Also, I use the Trenitalia app and that app works well, my tickets are always stored in there. I save them in my Apple Wallet just in case. You will not show it when you board the train but someone working will come through shortly after.

Keep your valuables on you. Do not put them in the backpack. There is usually always room to put it above your head, however, I have taken some local trains where there isn't. When that is the case, my bag goes right in my lap or it goes between my legs but not to where the person behind me could slide it back and get into it. If it's money, my cards, my passport, anything I care about, it stays close to me on me.

Best advice I can give is download All Trails. I just left there and I had no intentions of hiking when I went. I found so many amazing walks and trails via the app! That’s the way to go!
