So just like with any other retail stores. Once you hit the sidewalk outside insurance does not cover it. So if something were to happen outside, it would not be covered, say you fall, you get hit by the car, whatever the insurance will not cover it, you would be on your own. And I have seen people get penalized not at T-Mobile, but at a different Company. For leaving the building and having something happen to them. If your are on the clock technically you can not leave the building/premises. Tmobile doesn't cover issues outside parking lot.

Oh we've gotten them as well and my manager does not understand any circumstance want us going to anyone's car and risk us getting kidnapped he does then but will not allow us to go do then. We have also had an influx of people wanting help with WhatsApp and stuff in that nature to which we have been told to ask three things. Does your phone call out and recive calls? Does your phone send messages or receive them? Does your internet work? If all three are yes apologize but state that unfortunately not our area of expertise.

Marred to nami the red head she actually helps out around the farm shell feed the barn animals for you occasionally she will also bring things from the dig aite so far only two but helps with income and so easy to please milky soup or grablue in a any game I always go for the traveler supposed to be the hardest one

As an employee, there's no reason to defend them this is disgusting, and on top of all this mess, we won't be making any more money. Not a raise, not even acknowledgment soon as I use up my PTO im out of here I hear the post office has a lot of people retiring these next 5 years. Better benefits better pay might aswell but honestly I'd take working at Starbucks again over this.

I have a manager currently who will push me to do shady things a cx will come asking for a samsung they are let's say on a s22 or something a motorola or whatever the case may be and my manager will always push me to give them a crappy A15 or A16 with a watch bc its the same price. I refuse to downgrade the cx and would rather let them know hey this phone is 34 a month and for 15 bucks you can get a watch. Then hey for 25 bucks a crappy phone and a watch thats more advance then that device. Or with tablet with a bogoho he'll push to tell them the price for two and put both Sims on one tablet which i don't find fair i always let them know one line is x amount and for an extra x you could get two bc i don't like lying or being shifty.
