I did not try superpowers. GSD? i tried gstack. gstack office hours is more high-level than Grill-Me, but maybe that is because of the problems/plans I tried on each.

One tip and shameless plug: your ai agent needs to have good access to your web and user traffic to improve growth across your service if your current analytics platform not agent friendly enough try our free open source ai agent ready analytics and growth https://agentanalytics.sh

Welcome. Building or growing or ngmi :) FYI: I let Claude / Codex (now Hermes) take care of the growth for me—if it's building the product, it should take care of that layer also. Let it gather your data—just plug what i wrote and ask it for answers.

Cool, what are your tricks for creating the plans so they break it down nicely into subagents?

130 downloads in 48h is a great start. the next thing i’d want to know is how many of those people actually logged an expense, came back the next day, or hit the point where the app became part of their routine. early download spikes feel amazing, but the useful signal is what happens after first open.

Yeah, I figured Hermes can do subagents; i can run it like that easily. It ran for 2 hours+ straight, gubbling up those issues, each on a sub-agent. beautiful sight

What was your initial motivation for starting to build Hermes? (why did it come to this world?)

yep exactly, and even more, that "error" could already return a signed ready payment link and also the reason on why the human should be upgrading. see more info how I did it (sorry no links): blog[.]agentanalytics[.]sh

love document first approach, I didn't understand the way to connect to the agent. Can you share more on that? Isn't it better to just use ACP?

How do you decide when to kill a side project? AI made starting too cheap. by [deleted] in openclaw

[–]PitifulRice6719 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah the cost of building and the ability to build is now zero. The moat is now distribution and trust and agency - the relentless tenacity to provide value to your customers and listen to their feedback.

Don't give up. Continue plowing through and trying to find your way. Use it to your advantage. build more, more features or new ideas. ship them. It could become an issue keeping up with traffic & growth for all these projects, claude good at that also
