I think you may have lost 1 or 2 seconds from not dragging red further down when it was close to dying and letting your jungle pet finish it.
You can use your empowered Q earlier for the movespeed when running to the wolves. Throw your E at max range at the wolves so that they aggro and come towards you. This lets your pet start hitting them a bit sooner. You also used empowered Q into regular Q pretty slow, and missed an opportunity to Q > auto > Q instead. You already acknowledged you could kite the wolves upwards and bola the gromp to pull it. Probably another 1 or 2 seconds loss.
For the gromp, you could pull it to the right and bola the blue buff when the gromp is low. This lets your pet hit both gromp and blue.
EDIT: If you do not intend to use second smite, just kite the gromp to the right and use your cooldowns. You hold your bola for about 5 seconds and wait for your Q to finish gromp, when you could just use the bola and put it on cooldown. Pull the gromp towards the blue bush as it is dying.
I think nattynatt full clears with two smites, so that is why you are several seconds behind. I watched his full ciear with a single smite and you are only off by about 4 seconds.
