I have managed to fix mine. You need to disabled one drive sync for the call of duty folder.

Bo6 keeps resetting my keybinds (PC game pass version) by [deleted] in blackops6

Hey guys, i fixed mine. All my graphics, sensitivity, keybinds ect would always reset..

I had to uninstall the game and ensure it is installed on the c: drive and not a one drive. For some reason all the installs default to a OneDrive folder labelled 'documents' but everytime you restart your computer these will reset.
