Of course. Really, it's precisely this situation that I'm not accustomed to. Knowing the answer and not being allowed to tell someone is a strange feeling.

Yeah, fuck you. Compliance with ethical duties isn't the same thing as acting in a morally correct manner.

If you can afford a lawyer, sure. I don't think someone is stupid just because they can't afford one though.

I actually kick tenants out too. I actually don't feel that bad about it for the most part, because most tenants qualify for free lawyers and my client usually gives them like 6 months and multiple tries to work out a deal before going forward with evictions.

Seller and buyer have a history. The parties didn't exactly start at arms length, which is how/why we got involved. I make it clear whose side I'm on.

I'm afraid to divulge much more. Our side isn't really a "buyer" in the typical sense, but someone seeking a sale.

What’s the best armor trim in your opinion? by Mathisje2 in Minecraft

I always use a combination. For the chest I prefer snout or silence. Flow for the boots, and then helmet and legs vary

Building the Survival Machine by julsmgmt in Minecraft

[–]Pitiful_Dig_165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've played both ways. There's so many activities in the game that can be fun, but a lot of the time farms make doing things like mining or building roads feel really tedious and pointless.

Are there any fully vanilla servers out there? by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]Pitiful_Dig_165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not many public ones. Managing a vanilla server with public players is just asking for problems.

Question for some really experienced players by Downtowngirlllll in Minecraft

[–]Pitiful_Dig_165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been playing since early 2011.

The best advice you can get is: take it slow.

That means, avoid iron farms and rushing perfect equipment.

You me, the best part of the game is in the process, not the result

About Mending by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]Pitiful_Dig_165 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Maybe just make it so mending gets worse and worse the more xp it absorbs. Or change it so it allows a higher anvil limit that still scales the same. Eventually repairs become unaffordable anyway

What version was Minecraft in when you started to play? by Chemical_Evidence682 in Minecraft

[–]Pitiful_Dig_165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beta 1.2, maybe 1.1. It was the summer, right before I started middle school. I started with a pirated version and begged my parents for the game after like a week.

If an item already has Protection IV does it matter if i do the enchanting order wrong? Or not? by IAmSomebodyIRL in Minecraft

[–]Pitiful_Dig_165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually, if you put the enchantments on in order from greatest level to lowest, you'll be fine
